Lakewood is a planned lakeside cottage community of over 550 acres of heavily forested property, situated on the Lake Huron side of the Bruce Peninsula, 30 km north of Wiarton, Ontario. The property surrounds West Little Lake and is closely bordered by Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. At Lakewood, the major focus has centred on environmental preservation and the creation of a natural, peaceful community where the sense of wilderness will remain even after the property is fully developed.
