Karina Godwin Psychoterapy

I’m a licensed MBACP Psychotherapist with an MA in psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University based in London and Surrey. I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and challenging matters. Being an integrative psychotherapist means I will tailor our sessions to your needs and draw from a range of approaches to work creatively with you and act as a catalyst for new perspectives to emerge. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, trauma-focused, existential and cognitive-behavioural theories, alongside neuroscience research, holding the person-centred values of compassion, empathy, respect and care.

I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.​
